Seaside SPA etiquette

We would like your stay with us to be a pleasant experience. The following tips are given to ensure your comfort.



Every new customer is welcome! If you wish, you can make a guided tour of the facilities accompanied by our SPA administrators. They will be glad to show you the rooms where the procedures are performed; they will introduce you to our services and will answer any of your questions. Prior to your first treatment, your therapist will ask you some questions related to your health, physical activity, etc., which you should answer honestly so that your stay with us to be enjoyable and pleasant.


Time, type of treatment and its duration should be predefined. You can schedule your appointment on:

052 310 110 and 0888 10 90 90.

If you prefer a particular therapist, please do not hesitate to share his/her name with the SPA administrator preparing your reservation.



Please don’t be late for your appointment! Your delay would negatively affect customers that have an appointment after you. If our schedule is tight we will be forced to shorten your treatment in accordance with the delay without any adjustment to the cost of the SPA service. We recommend you to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to ensure you a really pleasant stay.

If for any reason you want to cancel your booked treatment, please do it as quickly as possible. This will allow our SPA administrators to offer your appointment to another customer.



Remember that any treatment, including a visit to the sauna, is a passive physical effort. It is therefore recommended not to take food at least one hour prior to visit us and to abstain from alcohol throughout the day. We have male and female dressing rooms where in each locker you will find a bathrobe, a towel, disposable underwear and disposable slippers. Before any body treatment you should take a shower. Warm water will prepare you and relax your muscles.

Please turn off your cell phone during your stay with us. Observe silence and talk as quietly as possible



Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. If you wish anything extra or want a change in your treatment, share it with the SPA administrator or your therapist. They will do everything possible to make you fill better.

Treatment costs do not include service charge. If you wish you can express your satisfaction with a particular service by giving discrete extra remuneration.



Seaside SPA Center is not responsible for forgotten personal belongings in the rooms, lockets or bathrobe pockets! However, any item found will be kept and returned upon request.
